At Mars The Label, we want you to feel confident in your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, include original tags, and are free from makeup or tan marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
